When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper.
Someone backed into my vehicle and dented the quarter panel and rear driver side door.
Victor handled everything with the insurance company. He even got me in a rental car immediately which insurance covered, even after the insurance company told me that I was not entitled to a rental car because my car was driverable.
He handled everything with the adjuster. All I had to do was drop my car off and he took care of everything else.
Victor called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up and even scheduled a pick up time that they were closed just so it would be convenient for me.
