They repair and restore high end time pieces, but they are not too snobby to take your cheap but sentimental pieces under their care too. Their staff are always so friendly and helpful. They understand that you are bringing in something with a lot of emotional value, and they do their best to protect it for you. For this reason, and for their superb workmanship, I don’t go anywhere else when I need something repaired.

The folks at Chelsea Watch shop were courteous, professional and just fixed my watch. I’ve had it for a month now and it’s been working perfectly. I waited to post this review because I’m a tough client. This shop earned every one of these stars. Thank you for your service.
