  Lori is amazing. Her dedication and compassion for her work shows. She keeps it REAL and will hold YOU accountable. She is kind and beyond funny-she has a great sense of humor. She is available 24/7 if you need anything at all. She has all the tools you need to be successful.

  I'm so glad I tried this program. I tried some diet plans and doing exercise/workout regularly but still I'm stuck at my weight no matter what I do. So I decided to give a try and I was able to lose weight 30lbs in their 12weeks program. I developed a new lifestyle that makes me feel great! Thanks a lot to Lori , the nutritionist, for helping me on my diet and to reach my goal. She can answer all my questions and concerns. I really learn a lot about nutrition, how to maintain my current weight and to lose more weight if want to. If you are ready to change and reach your goal I highly recommend to try their program.   Lori is one of a kind. I've been to many different places and gone thru many different programs. This is the best program out there. Very reasonable and it works! She's got a ton of knowledge and she is always available when you have a question, or 10. Lori is so friendly and has a great sense of humor. I'd recommend her to anyone who asks! You won't be disappointed and it's not just one program for everyone.. she finds whatever style fits YOUR needs. Being in shift work is horrible BUT she found what works for ME! Love her, and her food! She's awesome!

  Lori is a very experienced nutritionist! I have been going to her for many years. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs due to back pain in the past but Lori is doing all she can to help me get back on track. I would highly recommend Lori to anyone who is looking to get their nutrition back on track and in the process of losing weight!
