  I have been coming here for almost a month and I highly recommend this studio and its instructors! I practiced yoga diligently for 15 years, and because of a move and then the pandemic I lost my practice. I moved again, and this studio is thankfully local and a friend of mine has already been going here so I gave it a shot, even though I had only done hot yoga once before and wasnt the biggest fan. This is an amazing studio, with a diverse but cohesive class offering, and instructors who are unbelievably wise and genuinely care about their students. The heat brings an extra challenge and I feel like it is maximizing my progress and all the benefits I have been missing out on these past few years. I am so grateful to this studio and encourage anyone to try for themselves!

  I just took my first class of the Hot 26 with Chris! And I truly enjoyed the experience. Great pace, great flow, great care to detail , nice flow of the class. I also enjoyed the essential oils lingering in the background. Super excited for my next class. Thank you again!

  Everything about this studio is amazing! The owner, staff, and teachers always make you feel so welcome and right at home! Very clean and taking all the proper procedures. I love the energy that surrounds me and creating here !

  Just Breathe yoga and Boutique and wellness is the best yoga studio on Long Island! It is my home away from home. I have been going to JB for 4 years regularly. I keep a year subscription so can practice as much as I want to and I like to practice a lot.
  JB is always warm and welcoming. The studio is always clean, sanitary, and decorated warmly. Taking a shower and changing after class is effortless. Let me say again everything is always clean.
  The clothes JB sells in there boutique is trendy, original, reasonably priced clothes. JB sells jewellery, yoga clothes, CBD, essential oils, and so much more. It is a great place to get your friend a gift.
  The professionals at the wellness center are the best. I have had a message by Bridget and it was one of the best I ever had. I have been fortunate to have an hour acupuncture experience and it was fabulous and helped me with shoulder pain and energy. The wellness center has many more services all are excellent.
  The yoga instructor at JB are the best! I have practiced at other places and nowhere can you you find such inspirational motivating instructors. Right now at JB 175 people are in a 30 day yoga challenge and I have taken 40 classes in May and not one class has been the same. JB offers an array of classes non-heated, heated, yin, and antigravity classes just to name some. Every instructor has great play list. All JB’s instructors offer variations for all levels. All the instructors are trained,creative, initiative, and bring there own flare.
  The owner Nicole did a great job of creating a welcoming loving community. Many of the people I practice with have become my friends.
  The manager Jude keeps Just Breath makes it the place to be. Jude’s classes are difficult and H-O-T!!! She keeps it fun and supports everyone to get through the moment.
  Jude, JB manager or Patrick are usually always there to greet everyone making JB an inviting place to be.
  This review is written unsolicited. I took the time and energy to write this because Just Breathe deserve the recognition for having an outstanding yoga, wellness, and boutique.
  I have spoken to to many people who go to Just Breathe and they are always very happy costumers.

  Very pretty studio with great classes and instructors. Their aerial classes are a ton of fun and inversions with the silks provide amazing stretches!
