  My family had to make the very difficult decision to move my mother into an assisted living facility. Anyone who is tasked with making this decision is aware of how difficult it is to come to terms with a parent needing greater assistance than can be provided at home, and then ensuring that the highest quality of care is found in such a facility. Until I had found Juniper Village, I truly questioned whether we were making the best decision on her behalf, and whether she would be comfortable, safe, and feel regarded as a true individual.
  My mother has been a resident at Juniper for over a month now, and I honestly cannot say enough about her level of care and the improvement in her quality of life. She is in a one bedroom apartment that we have been encouraged to personalize and decorate, thus making her a true home. She has the benefit of daily housekeeping with a kind and warm staff, and has been encouraged to participate in the myriad of daily activities. Prior to these experiences, my family had watched my mom become more frail and exhausted, and in and out of the hospital was becoming a norm. With the care she receives at Juniper, she is stronger both physically and with regard to her mental health. We are all (including my dog!), welcomed into the facility at all hours, and made to feel at home when we visit or take her out for a day trip. In speaking with every staff member, they are aware of my mom's name, her quiet and soft-spoken personality, and have made an effort to really get to know her. Every effort is made to ensure she is safe and well cared for, and I couldn't be more pleased. I truly believe that years have been added to my mother's life and we are so very grateful.

  My loved one recently moved into Wellspring and she is getting excellent care. Alexandria, Joan and Megan have been amazing, the admission and the move-in process was seamless. The facility is clean, bright and comfortable, the staff are attentive and well-trained to work with dementia patients. We are grateful that we chose Wellspring, highly recommended.

  My mother resided at Juniper Village Williamstown for many years. The staff was vigilant in making my mother safe and happy. They offered great activities and provided a warm and loving environment. I highly recommend the facility.

  So here I am about 5 years later. I still stand by my comments of 4 years ago. The past year was very difficult for mom, myself and my family. Through all of it , the staff at Juniper remained dedicated to maintaining the well being and consistent care of mom. They listened to me, guided me and between all of us, , mom’s dignity and care was on going. The staff was very kind and nurturing to mom. They were very willing to adjust and refine her care plan as her needs increased. She became wheelchair bound and she was hand delivered to the activities and meals all the time. She had a beautiful and joyful time the week before Christmas. Something special was planned everyday. For that I am grateful because she passed away the following week. Mom was at Juniper for almost 9 years. The aides, nurses, med techs, even the physical therapists and the staff became our extended family. I am giving back by volunteering there when I can.
  
  This month Mom celebrates her 4th year at Juniper. As I reflect on “pre Juniper days”, I am grateful that the stress of being primary care giver for Mom has been relieved. Now she gets her meds and meals on time. She has companionship. She has a full and busy day. She laughs everyday. Juniper has given her all of this.
  
  It is a small community, a circular building. So that no matter which you go, you always end up in the center of the action. There daily activities such as exercise classes, trivia games, cooking, crafts, a lot of bingo and beautiful music hours. It is truly a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the residents. I am grateful that Mom is here and is happy everyday.

  My family member moved to Juniper Village at Williamstown over a month ago. The whole staff in every department have been really wonderful with our transition and most especially Alexandria who was beyond amazing in every aspect. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The building is clean and bright and has a great homey feeling. I go there almost every day and feel welcomed at my arrival every time. There are daily activities and I see the residents walking over to participate, which is great to see. Everyone is really nice and it feels like you are hanging out with new friends and family. My family member is a pretty picky eater and they are finding that the food is pretty good! Many people would find that to be a plus! If I have any questions the nursing staff and front office are always really understanding and knowledgeable. That is what I find to be the plus! From our experience, I truly recommend Juniper Village at Williamstown.
