  What more can I say about my dental experience that the other 50+ people before have not already said!? The best dentist in Long Island ! My experience with Dr.Novello was the best I've had at a dental practice. From the beginning the front desk staff Larry and Diane were very nice and smiled
  and actually appear like they love their jobs. Rare for a doctor's office., The hygienist Erica was so nice and gentle. Dr. Novello was really nice and informative. Both Dr N and his amazing assistant Martha took their time and I never felt rushed. Bedside manner was superb as was their knowledge. I will be looking forward to going back in 6 months! (and that's a big statement from someone
  that fears going to the dentist)

  Larry the office manager is so sweet, he goes above and beyond for the patients. Erica the hygienist, she’s amazing. She’s helpful, caring & she gives you great advice about hygiene. As far as Dr. Novello, WOW! Amazing dentist! He takes his time, you don’t feel a THING! He always makes sure you are comfortable & that’s what I love about this office! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

  I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist and any type of cleaning, but the hygienist Erica was very gentle and will make you feel better. She understood how I felt and worked with me. She made feel very ease and did a great job. Definitely recommend to anyone who has issues with the dentist or nervous, she’s the best!

  I have been a patient here for 2 years, Always a pleasure coming here. I normally have anxiety going to the dentist, but who doesn’t. At this office you will feel at ease, Diane at front desk is very accommodating and has a friendly voice. the doctor and staff make you feel like family instantly. Marta always has a smile and helpful. Shout out to Ericka the the dental hygienist, she is very through and gentle hands. It is like a spa for my teeth. Dr.Novello is very genuine and honest. He is updated in the newest technology which is very important. He is simply the best and his work proves it !!

  If you’re looking for that personal touch and friendly atmosphere, this is the place! Starting with the welcoming office, clean waiting area and friendly greeting from Diane when first coming in. The hygienist, Erica, put me at ease (I get super anxious when I go to the dentist) and more importantly, had a gentle touch while doing a thorough job. The dentist was also friendly and takes the time to chat with you and answer your questions in words you understand. Fortunately he did not need to perform any procedures but based on my conversations and interactions, I would be comfortable if he had.
