(July 18, 2023, 8:20 pm)John & JRC Custom Remodeling completed two large projects at our home. First was an additional room finished in our basement. It was done efficiently and looks likes it was always there. John knew we had a new baby coming home soon and got the project done. They also did an amazing job on our deck roof. It looks like it’s been there all along. John was professional, intelligent and exceeded our expectations with the project entirely. The job site was cleaned up safely and neatly at the end of every working day. John communicated clearly during the process and that was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make the projects perfect and we will recommend John and JRC Remodeling to all of our friends, family and neighbors.

We met with John and he took his time to chat with us, delivered a full quote (no surprises), included timelines and everything. He is respectful, hard working, and his work is amazing.
Our basement is better then we imagined, he offered his experience and communicated everyday on our progress. I will only be using JRC for all my future projects! -

They truly understood our vision for our space, gave us multiple ideas to add to our vision, and worked with us through changes as needed. John is easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They always arrived on time, were courteous, and cleaned up each day. John was open and honest about pricing, timing, and worker availability. The end result is in the pictures and as you can see it's beautiful. It was originally a cement slab under a deck! We will not hesitate to call them for our next home improvement project.

He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in the craftsmanship. Our deck is solidly built and gorgeous and I look forward to being on it without having a ton of upkeep for years to come! John brings the capacity to help both design and build, a combination of skills I couldn’t find in anyone else. I highly recommend John for not only his skills but also for the ease of communication with him!
