  I wholeheartedly recommend Joy as a craniosacral therapist, whose compassionate care and exceptional skill have been instrumental in my healing process. She is an incredibly kind and gentle person, who made each session feel soothing and comfortable. I came to her at a challenging time in my life, dealing with a very bad concussion. She is the best at what she does and my experience with her has been nothing short of transformative. Highly recommend Joy!!

  Tension/Stress Migraine relief, headaches are gone!! Started experiencing migraine headaches in September, couldn’t get into see a neurologists for 6 weeks. The headaches were occurring nightly. Started CST/Massage therapy every two weeks in the beginning. Haven’t had a headache since I started working with Joy in September of 2022. My sessions are as needed now because Joy provides guidance on stretching and meditation too. It’s changed my life. I actually kept my neurology appointment, who confirmed the diagnosis. Btw, migraine free without meds. Thanks Joy!

  Joy is an amazing therapist. I experienced a session involving a combination of Craniosacral and Massage Therapy. With her gentle and knowledgeable therapy she was able to relax my mind and body while also relieving me of the tension I was experiencing. I work long hours on my feet and my work is physically demanding. After my session I felt rejuvenated and ready to get some good solid sleep I had been lacking. Please don’t hesitate to experience a very special healing session with Joy! I highly recommend her!!

  Joy is amazing! She is kind, completely present, and very compassionate. I went to her because I learned that cranial sacral therapy could help with my lyme symptoms, but I ended up staying with her for a year and a half because I found so many other benefits. She always got me into such a relaxed state and woven meditations into my sessions upon request. You can't go wrong with Joy! She really lives up to her name!!
