I moved from out of state to Connecticut and needed to transfer my insurance. Mr. Zelem's office was incredibly helpful, supportive, and easy to work with. I was able to transfer my insurance, get new policy information, and get reasonable and fair rates for my circumstances. They are easy to communicate with and work with especially as I wanted to make changes to my policy and find better rates. You can also go in person to the office if you need support or have issues. There are no words to describe how helpful and effective Mr. Geoff Falcone has been. I was having an issue with another insurance company and my experience with them has been unbelievably difficult.
One phone with Mr Falcone and he was able to help me set up everything. I had originally planned to purchase just auto insurance but because of his professionalism, knowledge and kindness I ultimately ended up moving all three of my policies to him. So now I have auto, homeowners and an umbrella policy with them because of his professional, helpful advice and demeanor.
