  Jo has been great. Non-judgmental discussion and really lovely woman. Affordable meetings, heard my concerns about my health and weight, and provided several easy-to-follow resources for food planning and supplements. Feel and look better just a few weeks in. Highly recommend!

  Josephine was highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm so grateful because she has been so beneficial to me and my health. I went to her seeking help with hormonal therapy and I cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely knowledgable in her expertise and very thorough.   I have known Jo for a number of years. She is different from many other nutritionists in significant ways: (i) her suggestions are realistic and I can live with them- she is not depriving me of food, she is teaching about making the right choices; (ii) she takes into account whole body health- for example, I have issues with sleep and cortisol and she is helping me deal with the metabolic fallout from that; (iii) she is non-judgmental- she is helping me be my best self but not judging me when I am off track; (iv) she knows the science and is using it to help me lose weight and be healthier; (v) she is kind, knowledgeable and professional. If you are serious about being healthier, I highly recommend that you work with Jo.
