Just bought my first house from Joseph Siano. Definitely the best realtor out there! Let me tell you, we worked with multiple realtors and Joe blows them all out of the water! He made EVERYTHING work in our favor, and we got the house we ALWAYS wanted!! Couldn't be happier! Thank you some much, Joe for ALL your help!!

If you are ready to buy or sell a house I strongly recommend JK Realty. The process of selling my family home had a difficult start with another realtor. After several unfortunate incidences we decided to switch realtors and give JK Realty a chance. My first surprise was how beautifully they staged my home for the on line pictures creating immediate interest. Their attention to detail is outstanding. While selling my childhood home was emotionally difficult, they did everything in their power to make it easier. They notified the tenets of all showings and attended every inspection. This was a task I needed to do with the previous realtor. Every question I had, either by text or phone was met with an immediate and knowledgeable reply. They really treat you like family. When you hire JK Realty, you don’t get a realtor, you get a team. They work beautifully together to capitalize on their individual strengths. You are in good hands with the JK team.

Joseph Siano was a pleasure to work with especially after the experience we had with our previous realtor. Joseph did everything he said he was going to do on day was and made it a seem less process.

I had a bad experience with tenants that I keept with the purchase of my investment home. No security, no back ground check ...They left and vandalized my property. I decided not to repeat the same experience I had with the last realtor whom was there to make a quick dollar found a tenant not fully qualified and left me with a headache/problem(s) and disapeared.

I interviewd two realtor(s) and one happened to be known by me from my best friend who gave me that impresion to be very knowladgable and eexperience. The other realtor was refer to me by another whom retired from the business as a realtor and was a real state investor.

Not one of them refer me to my insurance to cover the vandalism which took place. Mr. Siano did not collect his fee and disapeared. He msde sure to be on both sides potention tenant and landlord. Mr Siano made sure that to market the apartment correctly in price to avoid loosing time and money renting the apartment. Proper comunication was essential and Mr Siano meet that part when he picked the most qualified tenant with a full detail desqription of back ground check, imcome, eviction history eat. I will continue working with Mr Siano and highly recomend him for your realtor need. He did not disapeared from the picture once he received his fee and he made sure that the apartment was properly rented. Once again thank you Joe Siano.
