  Joe and Kate are the best in helping handle a homeowners claim. They made everything so, so easy. I called them the day it happened and Joe instantly came out and to check it out. Kate had the paperwork ready for me to sign the next morning, and they had emergency service out. They kept me in the loop the whole process, handled absolutely every part of the claim, and got me way more money for my claim than I could’ve imagined. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

  In March 2022 we were faced with having to replace our kitchen because of a leak behind the sink which over time had caused mold and water damage. Never having had to ever make a claim on our homeowners insurance in 54 years we needed some guidance. We were referred to Joseph Moore, Jr. a Public Adjuster. He promptly contacted our insurance company on our behalf. Joe made all the necessary arrangements for the Insurance Company's Adjuster to inspect our property. We ere given a quote on all that had to be replaced. Joe worked closely with the Insurance Company Adjuster to ensure we were treated fairly. Joe then put us in touch with contractors who would do the work to restore our kitchen. Everyone involved was professional, hard working, and good people. They cleaned up when they finished every day. Joe was great to work with. He never failed to answer my calls or get back to me in a timely manner. I think that is so important. He did all the heavy lifting and we are so grateful. Thanks to Joe Moore and all involved.

  My home was destroyed by the September 1, 2021 tornado that hit Wenonah, NJ. I felt what every other homeowner feels upon seeing their home for the first time after a natural disaster, devastated! This was my first experience of dealing with an insurance claim with my insurance company. My neighbor referred Joe Moore to me and from the moment I met Joe, I just knew I was in great hands. Down to earth, honest, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy! Joe walked me through every inch of the process. Told me what to expect, the time line on when to expect the claim to pay out and was always available to take my calls. Do yourself a favor, don't think you can do this on your own unless you know the in's and outs of insurance companies and their policies! Joe knows all the loops, folds and cracks and he will get you the max amount of what you are entitled to. I've been in the legal profession for over 20 years and with all of my experience, I am thankful I made the right decision to let Joe handle my claim! And let's not forget about the amazing Kate who is not only Joe's rock but is Joe's wife! Kate works tirelessly keeping everything flowing forward and is the absolute sweetest. Not only are Joe and Kate incredible at what they do, but these folks care! They really fight for you! I didn't just hire a public adjuster, I made lifelong friends.
