  Dr. Castelli and his staff especially Sandi are wonderful! I’ve recently switched practices and I wish I did sooner. He is very knowledgeable and personable I felt comfortable my entire visit. I’d give ten stars if I could highly recommend him

  Dr. Castelli and staff are amazing! I normally hate going to the doctors but he gave me the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to any type of healthcare. Highly recommended to any woman looking for a gyno/OB. He acted quickly when I broke a temperature during labor and ensured my baby was safe by choosing to conduct an emergency c section. Thank you for everything Dr. Castelli

  Dr Castelli delivered my baby girl this past October. She is my first child and I have to say, if I were to have another I would have no one else delivering my baby than Dr Castelli. As someone who tends to be a worrier, I was completely calm knowing that I had such an experienced and knowledgeable Dr. I couldn’t have asked for a better labor and delivery experience, as well as pre and postpartum care.

  I gave birth to my twins on 8/31/22. I was told to schedule a C-section. I expressed that I wanted to deliver naturally if I could. All my testing showed that I was a canditate except that baby b was breech. I was advised no doctor would even attempt that except for one at Bryn Mawr. That one was Dr. Castelli. He was not a part of my practice but agreed to be on call on my induction date. The stars aligned and all the right hands came together for my delivery. Except we were blindsided by the size difference in my twins. Dr. Castelli during labor noticed baby B was under distress by her numbers he acted so quickly. He advised Dr. Lisa Naujoks they needed to get baby A out rapidly. They did and he delivered baby b who was breech. Baby B was half the size of baby A. She spent time in the nicu. I truly do believe that if I wasn’t in Dr. Castelli’s
  Hands and sure that my baby girl was going to be in serious trouble. Dr. Castelli is old school and hands on and cares. Dr. Lisa Naujoks Was amazing and now is my regular obgyn. We were so blessed to have the A-team of a staff come together for the successful delivery of our twins. Thank you to Dr. castelli and all!
