My experience with Dr. Joe was nothing less than Amazing. He truly is very humble and knowledgeable when it comes to his patients and their care. I love how makes sure his patients are also knowledgeable of what his goals are during your chiropractic journey. His main goal is to always put the needs of your pain and therapeutic Journey first. Dr. Joe has made my experience not only comfortable, he got me to a place after 8 long months of therapy with two car accidents I can honestly and humbly say my pain is much more better, tolerable if not gone in certain areas considering where my pain journey started !!! His sister Pam who is his front end administrative receptionist is phenomenal!!! She is always friendly yet professional & on top of the patients appointments and needs and always willing to work around your schedule to make sure you can get seen and taken cared of. Between the two of them it makes the experience that much better !!!! The office is always tidy and very clean with a relaxing vibe making each visit easy and comfortable. I would truly recommend anyone in pain or in need of a wonderful chiropractor to go see Dr Joe Firgeleski for your pain management and therapy needs. I received therapy from Dr Fertaleski for six months because of an accident. First, I’m totally surprised that I remained consistent because I’m the type of person that avoids going to doctors. While I remained consistent because I truly needed therapy, it was Dr Fertaleski’s genuine care and concern that motivated me to keep going. Both he and his assistant Pam are very professional, thorough and friendly. I plan to continue visits for maintenance care. I highly recommend their services.
For the 6 months following my car accident, going to Dr. Firgeleski's office was always a pleasant experience! Scheduling appointments was always easy and flexible. Dr. Firgeleski himself was incredibly kind and understanding of the physical and emotional pain I was feeling and did everything in his power to help me feel better. I am very grateful!
