I am the manager of this practice. I love working with the staff and doctors. Dr. Devenuto and Dr Ferguson have been practicing and trusted physicians for many years. Dr. Cait Somerville is joining our practice next week, which we are excited for, and will be working closely with our contact lens patients and also seeing patients with medical eye complaints. Excellent doctors. I too switched from the giant high tech competitor. The reason? While I was a patient at the competition, I had a possible retinal detachment and rushed down after calling to see if a doctor was available. She left five minutes before I arrived. Dr DeVenuto was the only office open and they said come over immediately. dr DeVenuto was calming and handled the situation so well. I switched to his office that day. Wish I had done so sooner !!!
Also they have the same “ high tech” equipment for eye health. The difference is they aren’t pushing Latisse and plastic surgery . Actual honest medical care.
I just switched from a high tech eye dr office to here. Someone wrote that the office being out of date. WELL, it is not even noticed when you have an amazingly welcoming and helpful staff🙋♀️.The doctors are well qualified 👍. I have been under great medical care. The doctors are very knowledgeable and also explain everything to you. The girls who help up front👍 make rescheduling so easy and their hours are very accommodating. I only have had great experiences there ✔and want the staff to know that their time and care has really been comforting in a time where i have a problem with my eye. 💯
I initially went here because they were the only local people to take my insurance. I was very happy when they only made me fill out two forms as a new patient. They were incredibly professional, spent time making sure I got the right prescription, and played a movie while I waited for my eyes to dilate. I also called--as a new patient--asking for an appointment and they were able to see me the next day. Dr. DeVenuto is a very nice man. After I told him I hate having my eyes touched me made sure to talk to me to distract me. Great experience.
