With costs rising in EVERYTHING, I consulted with Peter to see what discounts could State Farm offer. Peter was diligent in making sure he had all of my information to maximize discounts available and explained the quote in detail. Even though we decided not to make the change, I was extremely satisfied with his customer service skills, attentiveness and compassion. I felt heard and felt he was truly trying to help me out. It's very rare to find an honest and caring sales agent. Will recommend to family and friends.

He doesn't care about what time of day it is, if he is available to help, he always does. I am very happy with the service I have received from State Farm, but John Specifically. I would recommend him to anyone in need of insurance.

John Stevens at State Farm is so attentive to my family's auto insurance needs. We get nothing but exceptional service from him and his State Farm team. John always takes care of any requests immediately, and in a kind and caring manner. Such a great guy to deal with, and so far State Farm's auto insurance rates have been quite good.
