  My review is specifically for Susan F. in the New Haven location. After having an issue with my previous order, Susan stepped in and truly saved the day. She advocated for me and now I am scheduled to receive the furniture pieces next week as opposed to waiting another four months. I will absolutely be back to work with her!

  I liked that they gave us time to explore before jumping in to help. Once we asked for help our salesperson, Andy Mahaffy, went above and beyond helping us for over an hour. He made great suggestions and helped pull things together. Very pleased with the outcome and two pieces are being delivered on Saturday.

  Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a mattress. The salesperson was polite, exactly the kind of person who is “no pressure” yet knows the products available. He was willing to spend time and give thorough explanations. I was happy to have the opportunity to pay with interest free payments! Love Jordan’s!

  Went to purchase a recliner for my mother and Sean our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the perfect chair. Great service and we will have our chair delivered within a few days.
