  I had a great experience with this company. It was not an easy job, and they went the extra mile to make sure I had a favorable outcome, and they remained on the job until it was completed. I want to thank Xavier for being a gentleman, not walking away when things got heated between me and a male tenant, this young man jumped between us and backed him off when it looked like the tenant was about to get violent. Thanks Xavier you’re no Wimp !!

  Xavier from John Snyder plumbing called and texted before arrival. He was professional and conscientious. He explained every facet of the work I requested and provided a competitive price. I was very pleased with his work and will probably hire Snyder plumbing again.

  The "Anthonys" were amazing! I had been told by another plumber that I needed to "break tiles" and "replace everything" when my shower would not regulate temperature. 30 minutes after John Snyder's masters showed up and I'm back to normal at a very fair price. Also, so clean, kind and courteous. Will call them again for anything plumbing related.

  As first time homeowners, water damage was certainly a daunting task to deal with. John Snyder Plumbing was very easy to work with. I initially sent out a Yelp quote, got an immediate response from John Snyder, called them a few minutes after they technically closed and was still able to reach Megan, who was kind enough to schedule us later the same week. They were able to provide a helpful estimate for how much it might be if their technician would have to cut into our drywall to assess for damage. On the scheduled day, Xavier arrived exactly within the scheduled two-hour time window, and got right to work. He troubleshooted the various possible origins of the leak, quickly eliminating the bathtub, toilet, sinks, shower pan, and eventually cut a small 6 inch by 6 inch drywall hole and found the likely culprit (leaking joint, likely a result of a loosened clamp). Xavier took helpful photos and videos to show us the leaking area (with evidence of early rusting), tightened the clamp, and voila - fixed. Throughout the entire process, he was able to answer all of our many questions about plumbing in general to our satisfaction.
  
  For now the leak seems fixed, and I will check back in if the situation changes dramatically. I would highly recommend reaching out to John Snyder Plumbing and Heating for all of your plumbing issues. They were quick to respond, had great availability, extremely pleasant customer service from start to finish, competent employees, and actually the price I was ultimately charged for cutting into the drywall was less than I was originally quoted, and also less than I had been quoted from other companies.

  I wanted a specialized install for a unique spigot called Aquor water system. I knew it would be a challenging install since they had to go through 12 inches of brick on an angle. Also added an access panel for shutoff. They did a great job and kept everything very clean. I’m very pleased with the install!
