John Seymour - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was referred to John Seymour State Farms Insurance after 7 months of poor service and frustration due to neglect from my service provider. Within 48 hours, the office manager, Erik, had my situation resolved and customized to my needs. Furthermore, I had just been given a quote from my previous broker for one of my properties, I was shocked at the cost, and after several attempts to reach my broker to discuss, I threw in the towel. At John Seymour, not only did they take my call, but John himself answer his cell at 10 pm while on trip to Germany…. AND Erik found me a coverage at 51% LESS that what insurance had proposed….so, I transferred my business entirely to JSEymour and Erik! Very experienced, hands-on, serene and exceptionally caring of my needs. Erik is the calm in the middle of the storm and I’m so grateful that JS SF took over my insurance coverage overnight so my trip to Europe can now be stress free! Thank you, gentlemen!!

Absolutely Stellar customer service. John saved me a ton of money and literally saved me so much headache by handling the cancellation and switch over from my old insurance. More coverage for less money with someone explaining everything very clearly and effectively, I can't thank John and his team enough for their work to get me more affordable insurance so quickly. My experience dealing with Erik Swingle was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I have had the same insurance company for the past 30 plus years, and have always been reluctant in switching to a new company. I am so grateful that I did switch my car insurance to State Farm when purchasing our 2 new vehicles. Erik was extremely professional, so friendly and very knowledgeable. I called him a few times before making a decision to switch and he was so patient with me. When I did decide to switch to State Farm Erik handle everything with the car dealership as well as, our insurance company. He made this process as seamless as possible. First and foremost when I walked into this location the atmosphere and attitudes of all the employees was filled with laughter and very positive. Erick who is the office manger was phenomenal. For it being my first time ever pursuing a car insurance, he helped me entirely without any gimmicks. He explained everything clear and cut. I couldn’t have gone to any one better! John who is the agent was very warming and helpful in regards to making sure I was all set up and ensured he had my back. Bridget who is the account manger was great . She explained to me the great benefits that came with State Farm and went through every single question and made sure I understood and was situated. The last thing I will say is to get State Farm and especially at this location. You won’t regret it!

This office is awesome! They fixed a major issue I had when I was with a different State Farm agent and all in a timely manner. These five star reviews are real!!! Everyone in the office is professional and kind, which is something we don’t see as much these days. I’m looking forward to many years with this State Farm office. Five stars and two thumbs up!
