  The grounds are nice, with good play areas and the pavilion.
  
  But with any public space, it is reliant upon people having respect for others. That is a bridge too far for most folks so if you rent this area, be prepared for an hour to clean up after the previous renter.
  
  The road sign is easy to miss, but it IS there.

  Beautiful place to enjoy nature. Sometimes the blue heron flies around and you can listen to the owls. Good place for bird watching,

  I would give 3.5. for the apartments/houses which don't have play area for kids this is a good near by park. Otherwise there is nothing much here.
  If you follow Google maps you'll end up in a no entry street. I edited maps, hope they'll fix it.
