I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful John was to work with. He helped my boyfriend and I to sell our house in Queens and purchase our dream home in Massapequa.
John was very patient throughout every step in pricing our home to sell, and we found a buyer quickly. John always kept us up to date on any news and was always easy to reach and quick to find us an answer to our many many questions.

My wife and I started our home search during the summer of 2017 with John. We were interested in the Town of Huntington and focused on identifying a good school district. John worked with us to identify a larger list of priorities and then took the time to describe how each particular town might hit the mark for those priorities. Throughout the process, he always respected that the perfect home was solely our decision and based on our opinion. He never pushed us into a home but was quick to highlight and warn about qualities that might lose value over time or wouldn't be attractive when trying to resell. After months of shopping, John helped us to find the "perfect" home and then worked to negotiate it into our budget. He was reliable, considerate and most importantly honest. At one point, I told my wife that if her and John thought it was a good purchase then make an offer. A bit extreme but it shows the level of confidence I had in John and his understanding of our needs and wants.
John is a hard-working and professional realtor. He was knowledgeable in the area that interested us (Half Hollow Hills School District), and he gave us honest opinions on the homes we were considering. From small gestures like a handwritten card congratulating us on our purchase, to big measures like pulling records from town hall when we had questions about permits, he demonstrated thought and care throughout the entire process. We highly recommend working with John.
