John, Chris & crew could not have been easier to work with. From insurance, to rental, to the beautiful repair of my car. The back of my SUV was hit, hitch frame bent, mechanics falling out... just a mess! It looks gorgeous & as if nothing ever happened. Most of all the customer service was wonderful & how easy they made a situation like this for me was so appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Car was scratched up pretty bad.. McShane's crew fixed it perfectly & in less time than we originally thought. I've been to his shop 3 times & every time his workers are hustling.

I recently had John McShane Auto Body do the paint work on a set of doors for my Jeep. The quality, service, and professionalism throughout the whole process was absolutely excellent. This shop is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you'll be entirely satisfied with the work they do for your vehicle. My experience overall with John McShane Auto Body was 5/5 without question. From the time I dropped my car off, until their followup with satisfaction of service a few weeks after, I knew I had chosen the right business. The management was with me every step of the way (and I was asking many questions) in which I was answered promptly, professionally and thoroughly. John's team was able to bring my car back to pre-accident condition in a timely manor (although I am not one to rush this kind of work). I am extremely happy with the result and I will always recommend John McShane Auto Body to my family and friends.
