  We were fortunate to secure John J Contracting for our home expansion. Our project included all new siding, windows, gutters, lighting, new bathrooms, bedrooms, wood flooring and new patio installation. The quality of the work was first class from their carpenters, plumbers, electricians, floor, tile and masonry work was all 2nd to none. They even hung our large wall TV and set it up wireless.
  The project was well organized and we were provided a schedule of work at the onset. The Project Mgr was on site and on top of the work and the trades came in and out as scheduled so we were not slowed down waiting in between. There is really nothing they can't do. AND they were fair on pricing, a WIN WIN! Thanks John J will see you again next project!

  John and his entire team are absolutely AMAZING! Our home was knocked down and rebuilt into our dream home and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Everyone is super professional, helpful and extremely friendly. Not only was our home built to perfection, but it was done ahead of schedule! John and Paul are so happy to help execute whatever it is you envision for your project and have incredible ideas to help improve on them based on their experience. You can’t go wrong using John J Contracting regardless of how big or small your project is!!

  We have used John J's Services for several large projects over the course of many years and this is because they never disappoint. Always meticulous attention to detail, fair pricing and quality work, all completed on time. What more is there to say.   We love the work John J Contracting did for us. His Team was professional and meticulous from the beginning to the end. We had seven skylights that needed removing and closed in with new roofing shingles in those areas and new framing, insulation, sheetrock and spackling. From the roof on the outside to the ceilings on the inside, you wouldn’t even know there were seven skylights closed in. The Construction Team and John J were amazing in every aspect of the job… Responsiveness, professionalism, experts in their field. They cleaned up every day and made sure we were satisfied before they left the job. We highly recommend John J Contracting!

  Went under contract for a fire rehab of my home in Jan 22, requiring multi trade repairs and construction. Worked was permitted and completed in early May, even with the pandemic and material shortages. I liked the way the job was run, they assign a Forman who is in contact with you regularly and they have skilled craftsman to do the work. The staff were professional and everything went like clockwork. There were unforeseen conditions as with any job, and Paul (super) gave options and recommendations along with a fair price to address. The home office staff were also very attentive to your request and that was most appreciative. I would recommend John J Contracting to anyone, they are honest, fair and get the job done right. I am very pleased with the work and outcome of the house and looking forward to getting back in soon!
