  It was absolutely an amazing experience working with John Asch Roofing Company. We had a roof emergency,and they came out early on a Sunday morning to fix it for an extremely reasonable price. This was one of the reasons we chose them to re-do our entire 3600 square foot roof. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions either through text,on the phone and even came down to speak with me in person. They arrived the exact time they said they would and had a very large,professional crew. They finished our roof in one day! The crew was conscientious about the clean up and all our shrubs/flowers that were directly under the house. They came back an extra day just to make sure our yard was fully clean from any old roof debris. They were all very pleasant,professional,attentive,and hard working. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs.

  Getting a new roof was going to be a daunting task but both John and Jason made the entire process easy and offered great pricing as well. Communication went above and beyond and the attention to detail both completing the job and making sure everything was cleaned up after was perfect.

  I had called John Asch to get an estimate on repairing 2 soffits that had been destroyed by a racoon. My home was built around 1900 so I needed someone experienced with working with older homes. Jason came out right away to inspect and give an estimate for repairs. From contract signing, to start date, every promise was kept. Not only did they handle the difficult repair with ease, but they also managed to complete the entire project very timely. I also needed some additional work of adding 2 gutters to my home which was also not a problem. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and even sent me photos of the repair work. Despite encountering unexpected complications, the cost for all the work was very fair.
  
  My experience with John Asch was nothing short of exceptional and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing repairs or installations.

  About six years ago we needed our 25-year old roof replaced. We looked around for roofers and narrowed the search down to three or four. John Asch was among them. John Asch was the final choice since he was the only one who kept his word about the visit to give an estimate, the only one to call to reconfirm and the only one to call on his way to see us. Materials were delivered before the job began and a dumpster on-site for the demolition before the job started. He had a crew on-site when he said he would. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and then John sent a man back the day after the job was completed to make sure there were no nails or old pieces of roofing left on the ground or in the bushes. He made promises. He kept them all.
  About six months ago we had the house re-shingled. Part of the job required nails to be hammered into our relatively new roof to support the scaffolding. A few weeks after the job I noticed globs of silicone wherever the nails were hammered into the roof for the scaffolding supports. I called John to see if this was OK and he spent several minutes explaining why it was not a good idea to allow this type of patch to remain. Evidently, silicone, over time can shrink and shift as heat and cold cause the roof and roofing materials to shift. This could allow water to seep into the roof.
  I asked for an estimate for a proper repair. The same expertise we had when we searched for a replacement roof happened for the repair. We got a promise for a visit, a call about the repair, a promise for a start date, a call when the crew was on the way, a fast, complete and an unable to discern the patches kind of repair. The crew cleaned up and took all the materials with them when they left.

  I just had my roof done by John Asch Contracting. Amazing job, completed in a single day, and even with 42 sheets of 5/8" plywood to replace the original 3/8", the cost of the job was 1/3 of what the door-to-door companies wanted to charge. All the same materials, none of the B.S. Explained what was needed, and more importantly, explained what WASN'T needed. Jay Asch personally oversaw every step of the work. His dad John is a no-nonsense, old school worker - fair and honest. If you need work done, these guys are the way to go.
