  I am so happy we found Joesiann to help us in our search for our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, answered every question we had and if she didn't have the answer right away she got us the answer within that day or next. Questions we had in mind to ask the seller or the listing agent, she was two steps ahead of us and asked, she always had the best interest for us. She made this process that much easier and smoother and we could not be appreciative of her. In addition to her expertise, she is very personable and a pleasure to work with. She was there literally every step of the way and always punctual from the first time we spoke all the way to the closing ! You would be silly to not use her :)

  Joesiann made the home buying process so smooth for my wife and I. We’ve been in the market to buy a house for two years and we’ve had multiple real estate agents but none who can compare to Joesiann. She genuinely wants to help her clients and goes above and beyond. For instance, due to our busy work schedule we couldn’t make it to some open houses but Joesiann offered to go and see the houses for us and even took videos of the houses which I thought was so kind of her. Another characteristic I appreciate about her is that she’s so thorough and discussed the comps for each house we wanted to make offers on which helped us make a conscientious decision on our offers. She’s very detailed-oriented and was always supportive and receptive to our needs. There was never any pressure from Joesiann to proceed with any deals we didn’t feel comfortable with. Overall Joesiann made this home buying experience a great one and we are forever thankful for her.

  Joesiann is extremely honest, thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond from start to finish when purchasing our first home. She was extremely dedicated and wholeheartedly cared about our experience and concerns. She honestly communicated with us every step of the way. She even checked in with us several times after our purchase, just to make sure we were happy. It’s hard to find someone as genuine and dedicated as her! I highly recommend her for all of your buying/selling needs.

  Joesiann is an absolute blessing. I came across her by accident and she was definitely heaven sent. Me and my wife had a great experience as first time home buyers. She's very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell that she really wants the best home for the buyer. You can tell that she's not just in it for the money. Not only is she very responsive, she made the home buying experience very comfortable. Thank you for going above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Joesiann was our agent five years ago when we bought our first home. As first-time home buyers, she made us feel secure and walk us through all of the steps. She kept us focused and was extremely Patience with us. If we had to go through the home buying experience again I wouldn't hesitate to call her.
