  My work with Joe has transformed my life! I started looking for weight loss advice and I ended up realizing I needed a new approach to sleep and stress and life balance.   I had the opportunity for a free consultation with Joe several months ago and was impressed by the depth and quality of his work. Most notably he is interested in you as a whole person - what drives and motivates you, and what gets in the way of your goals. Joe has the training and capacity to address nuts and bolts issues regarding diet and nutrition, and he also helps guide you through a process of deeper investigation into overall health and well-being. I know several people who have worked with Joe on an ongoing basis with great success. For anyone wishing to make long-term change with ease, I highly recommend working with Joe.

  Last year I was in rough shape. Due to stresses and physical health I was breaking out in hives and close to the heaviest weight I have ever been. I worked with Joe for 3 months, during which I ate a diet that Joe suggested, found time to work out, and worked on my mental state. It was absolutely one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. I lost weight, I got in better health, I was able to drop my blood sugar into normal ranges, and keep it there. The most powerful part of this is I learned how to take care of myself, and not stress. Joe is professional, and caring. He sent me a cook book when I was struggling with variety on the diet. He bought me a bottle of magnesium when I was sore after the gym. (Which WORKS by the way!) He truly cares and wants to help. I cannot rate him highly enough.

  Joe is a compassionate communicator, a skillful guide and is very informed about healthy eating and living. He meets you right where you are, with a supportive and non-judgemental approach, and supports you in getting where you want to go. As a psychotherapis, I know how important healthy food and exercise are to good mental health and I highly recommend him!

  I knew about Joe for a number of years before I experienced the profound value of his knowledge and work first hand. My partner and I followed his cleanse program and I lost about 17 pounds. What's even more important for me was that I've managed to keep that weight off because what I learned from Joe has become a part of my new relationship with food. Now there's no going back!
