That is exactly what happened. I spoke with Erika. The call lasted less than 2 minutes and my needs were met immediately! Erika, as well as all of the staff in Joe's office, are so very pleasant and kind. Whatever I need is always handled efficiently and professionally. I am so grateful to know Joe and his staff. You couldn't ask for more from an insurance provider! Thank you Joe, (and staff!)

Joe and the rest of the office has always been able to provide very fast and incredibly friendly service to me. This is one of the few services I use where I feel like a valued customer instead of a number. They always listen to my concerns and provide me with expert advice for my situation.
