  I've seen Jo for shamanic work several times, and every one of those sessions has been incredibly insightful and deeply meaningful to me. Whether in-person or over the phone, she creates a safe, sacred space. Honestly, talking with her is like a mini-retreat! She has helped me with so many things, among them grief and ancestral healing. Jo has an incredible talent for weaving the spiritual and practical together, and I always feel empowered afterward to incorporate the insights she offers into my own life. Not to mention she has an awesome sense of humor and a heart of gold! It is so wonderful to connect with someone kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doing this kind of work in the world.

  Jo has been an incredible light and guide in my life for over a decade now. Whether I’ve come to her for massage or shamanic work or even just to check in over the years, it always feels like a warm hug and a chance to exhale. She has a magical gift for making you feel deeply seen and heard, and it’s allowed me to experience my knowing in ways I was hesitant to do before. I’m consistently in awe of her wisdom and insight, and her ability to connect with and communicate exactly what I need in a given moment. She is truly tapped in to spirit. Jo is the real deal and I feel so blessed that she continues to be a part of my journey.
