  Contacted J&J mechanical to move a thermostat on my second floor that was causing a fluctuation in the temperature of my upstairs bedrooms. Everything was smooth from the initial phone call, getting the estimate scheduling and then coming out to do the job. They even offered to change my Heating/air conditioning filters for me at no charge. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

  I called for service at 7am and within 10 minutes I received a text message to schedule my service between 8-10am, same day. The technician arrived at 8:30 and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was both thorough and professional and explained my options and addressed any concerns that I had. I received a quote for a new system within an hour of my service. J & J Mechanical is the pinnacle of top notch customer service. I am a repeat customer because I have always had impeccable service from them. I would recommend J & J Mechanical to everyone. They are the best!

  It was apparent from day-one why this company is highly ranked.
  
  At the recommendation of a friend, I first contacted J&J Mechanical on a Saturday and the owner, John, quickly responded. We worked through the weekend on a plan to address my home’s AC system issues and he quickly put the plan in motion. Workers even dropped off temporary cooling units to keep us comfortable throughout the project.
  
  John took care of rebates and guided me through the application process to receive 0% financing through the local utility. He also worked with me on equipment selection to provide the exact features I was looking for. The lead installer Chris made just one visit to survey my home then the equipment and materials were immediately put on order and an installation date was locked in.
  
  Before installation, Chris took the time to explain how things would look when installed. During installation, Chris and his crew asked questions to make sure I was happy with their plans for each step of the process. The installers were friendly, courteous, and hardworking and their quality of work was excellent. The experience of this company really showed in the clean, compact, and well performing system they installed in my home.
  
  On top of all this, communication was exceptional. Routine emails and text messages were simultaneously sent at each new step in the process to ensure I was always in the loop.
  
  Overall, I have to say I am impressed with the entire experience.

  J&J Mechanical is local, knowledgeable and honest. Had an issue with my unit not cooling my house and thought it would be an expensive fix. The technician that came over was very friendly and professional. He was very honest about it being a quick and easy fix. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps he took to repair it. I am very satisfied with their service. They have my stamp of approval and I will be recommending them to everyone.

  I highly recommend J&J Mechanical. John was great to work with. We were having issues with our AC and needed it replaced. We called J&J and John came out to give us an estimate, He was on time & professional. He answered all of our questions and got the quote to us in less then a day. The weekend came and my husband had a few questions and John was more then happy to answer them even though it was a Sunday! He made the whole process stress free. The day came to install our new AC and we even received a text to say our technician was on their way. Chris, Evan and Simon did the install. They were professional and did wonderful work. They put out tarps and left NO mess. My shrubs weren't even damaged outside and I didn't have to cleanup after them inside either. Chris was the best! He answered all of our questions and explained what he was installing, why our old unit was failing etc. The quality of his workmanship is top notch. The guys worked efficiently and by the afternoon we had the new AC installed and a cool house. I am very happy with J&J and I highly recommend them!
