  I think I might have been going here for about 5-6 years now. The staff itself is very patient with visitors no matter how hard the visitors make their jobs. The doctor is super professional and genuinely cares about providing the best care to everyone she consults. If you ever feel like you’re waiting too long, know that it’s because whoever she is providing care for, she is making sure she has offered the patient all she can, and she will do the same for you.

  Prior to finding Dr. Cai, I had always gone to Flushing for my optical needs. However, anyone who lives in Queens knows what a headache it is to drive and park in that area. I was so excited when my friend told me about Dr. Cai, as she is located in a residential area very close to where I lived, and there was plenty of free street parking. Definitely a plus not to have to deal with Flushing madness.
  
  Since that time, I have been with Dr. Cai for about 6 years. I have gotten eyeglasses, contacts, and sunglasses from her. It's not the distance or the location that makes me a loyal patient because a terrible doctor would've made me high tail in the other direction. The reason I keep going back to her is because of her amazing skills and her professionalism. Dr. Cai is very knowledgeable and trust me I have a lot of questions. She has always been patient and answers all of my concerns. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. One time, I woke up with a huge puffy eye and I called her to ask her what to do. Although she was booked, she squeezed me in because she heard the panic in my voice. With Dr. Cai, I always feel like I am in the best hands. She never rushes and always takes her time to find the root of the problem and a solution. Every appointment with her feels like a visit with a friend. My husband and daughter also goes to Dr. Cai, as well as my parents and a few friends that I have sent her way. Although I moved out of NY more than 2 years ago, every time I am back in town, I make an appt with Dr. Cai.
  
  (Our last names are completely coincidental. We are not related in any way...at least not that I know of).

  I came in for a medical visit about the inner corner of my eyes that I’ve been worrying about for a few weeks. I live in California so it was my first time here and I was not disappointed! The out of pocket pay was worth it here :) she checked out my inner corners and explained to me that my condition was fine and that it would go away given some more time. I appreciated her kind and warm personality and also her knowledge about eye condition! She explains things well and I understood everything. I feel A LOT better after visiting Dr. Cai :)!

  I've been going to Dr Cai for a few years and I must say I have never had a better eye doctor. Even though I see her just once a year she always remembers me on a personal level and is the sweetest person. I never feel rushed during my appointment and she explains EVERYTHING which is so important these days. The eye is exam is thorough and she does things I've never had other eye doctors do in the 20 years I've had eye problems. I recommend her to everyone all the time. Even if I ever move I would come back to this neighborhood just for her for my eye exams.
