To be able to share a laugh with someone in this business is almost unheard of, and Tom definitely changed that! It is such a comfort to speak with someone that is very genuine, authentic and truly cares about his customers. Recently, Jim and his employees were able to review my policy from another company and offer me a policy that brought my bill down by over $150. They took the time to explain the changes to me and made sure that I understood everything before making any decisions.
Jim's and his employees customer service skills are outstanding and they always go above and beyond to ensure that his clients are taken care of. I will recommended him to several friends and family members!
