  I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday, with at least six or seven cars in front of me. I spoke to the manager and let him know I was just there for an oil change, and he let me know it was probably going to be almost an hour before they could get to my car. I told them the wait was fine and I would understand if by the time they could get to my car there wouldn't be enough time for the employees to perform the oil change. To my utter Delight the Jiffy Lube employees rather than drag their feet on the cars they were already working on decided to work together like a well-oiled machine, pun intended, and get the cars in front of me as well as my car completed and out of the garage with almost a half hour to spare before they closed.

  Lou and Jim the advisors got me and my Silver Malibu in quickly, got the job done quickly and correctly the first time, and were professionals the whole time. When I left the shop and started to hear a noise from the wheel well that wasn’t there when I arrived, I came back in and they went right to work diagnosing what was going on. Thankfully it was a simple non-issue. A weight in the wheel rim was grazing on a brake assembly component on each rotation - nothing they did just a defect in the rim. They worked out the scraping surface such that it no longer made contact and my issue was gone!

  I've taken babygirl (my '08 GMC Envoy) in to more places than I can count; for many things I don't fully understand. Unbeknownst to me at time of purchase, she's a Sandy "survivor" that also had been in multiple accidents before MY ownership. Because I'm slightly touched when it comes to cars, I feel I have recently become a connoisseur of paying top dollar for everything and anything under the sun (or hood rather) and had really given up on finding a reliable place with good prices... and just that overall feel of security. Well my luck has FINALLY changed (and yours can TOO!!) by bringing her in here. From the first phone call I made coming in, to the handshake I got leaving- I was treated with friendliness, patience, and respect. I actually paid about HALF of what I was quoted elsewhere, and it was done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. I was very fortunate to have Jim work with me, my experience was such a pleasure and he was a HUGE part of that. I'd give TEN stars if I could, and looking forward to coming back with all of my future car needs and concerns. They DEFINITELY have a repeat customer in me!

  Fast even though they had to wait for a filter. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff. No brained for an oil change. One last thing… I was in a rush and tried to have them cut corners but they ran through their check list and checked everything pre and post oil change.
