(August 27, 2023, 3:51 pm)We use Jiffy Lube for most of our oil changes. They are fast, efficient, polite, and even vacuum the front mats, as well as give a free car wash coupon. They keep accurate records, with kind and weight of oil, mileage, etc. I appreciate the option of clean waiting areas, both in the building and in an outside gazebo, where there’s a pleasant view of the most attractive landscaping I’ve ever seen outside an automotive facility. High marks all around!

(August 15, 2023, 5:16 pm)Everyone was courteous and helpful from the person who checked us in to the service manager who was friendly and efficient. I especially appreciate being able to go without an appointment and be taken care of. Additionally, the techs were very thorough.

(July 22, 2023, 10:14 am)Employees were very nice. Explained things thoroughly, and weren't overly into trying to get me to add more services. Wait time wasn't bad. I arrived a little after 8 am on a Saturday. First time here and will return again. Free car wash was a bonus.

(July 15, 2023, 9:17 pm)Was stressing over where to have the first oil change done on my "new" old truck. Finally caved on taking it to JL over attempting it myself. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Staff was great and it was done in a quarter of the time it would have taken me. And the truck is running great again. Will be taking it back for all future oil changes.

I travel a lot and I have peace of mind knowing I start out my travels with their services. And their landscaped flower beds are amazing. While I get my oil changed, I stay outside and take in their beauty. See picture.
