  I have been to many korean restaurant across the America, but Kim's Farm restaurant offers me the most Korean food taste EVER! It is because the chef makes the home-made food for each side dish and of course the main dish! Especially the fresh vegetables with the seasoning was so delicious that I can't find these kinds of taste except my mom's meal at home in Korea!
  
  Very enjoying over Dak-bok-um-tang (the fried spicy chicken stew) which is a pretty new menu to Korean. Compared to Dak-do-ri-tang, Dak-bok-um-tang was very clean taste without fat or oil. I often can not eat the stew with the floating fat, however Dak-bok-um-tang was the most satisfying to my taste!
  
  Also, one thing what impressed me was the Ssam-jang since it was very authentic that recalled my memory the food from the country side of Korea. Kim's farm offers a genuine Korean food where you can discover in the korean household, especially Grandma's homemade food!!
  
  This restaurant resort is located nearby the water fall, pond, playground for kids and many trees. I definitely want to come back to Kim's farm with my family and friends. I appreciate to the owners who puts lots of effort to provide the organic vegetables, fish and meat.
  
  One important thing is that we had to make the reservation before in advance! This saves time and you can have your meals upon your arrival. I really recommend Dak-bok-um-tang!

  I went here with some friends the first weekend of November and was delighted to see this unassuming Korean restaurant nestled deep in the woods of New York State. I have plenty of experience with Korean food from visits to this Asian country, and I have to say the food served at Kim's Farm is very authentic, but also unique in that they source the food from its own farm, including the grilled freshwater eel which is raised on location. Apart from the eel I also had "Dak bokkeum tang" (spicy braised chicken) which was just as delicious. The sweet lady who owns the restaurant/resort told me that their peak season is usually Spring-Summer, so unfortunately I missed out on a few highlights of coming here, but if I'm ever in the area again I sure know a great spot to come back to with friends and family.
