After suffering with neck and back pain since 2017 and seeing several different specialist from ortho to pain management was always told i had arthritis and they would just give me meds that didn’t ever help. I asked for an appointment with orthopedic surgeon and he said i had mild arthritis but several issues in my spine and he referred me to Dr. Eisler. He said i had issues both in the cervical and lumbar and needed surgery. Had lumbar surgery 6/2023 and the pain in the hip and leg immediately disappeared. A few weeks later my left arm started to give me issues and he said it was time to tackle the cervical. Throughout both surgical procedures the staff had always been friendly and empathetic to the pain your going through. Angela the surgical scheduler is amazing she made sure i was always informed every step of the way. She even called the day after surgery to see how things went and to wish me a happy birthday. My cervical surgery went well the pain in my arm was instantly gone, i have little discomfort in my throat but that was to be expected. I would recommend Dr. Eisler to anyone that may need a neurosurgeon as he is the only one i will plan to see.
I had extensive back surgery including spinal stenosis and L1 through L5 laminectomy I now have seven screws in my back and a little cage to hold my back together. I could barely walk and my leg would turn numb and I’d have to sit down within a quarter of a mile before my surgery. The recovery was painful and difficult but the results are amazing. It’s been six months since my surgery and I can walk 2 miles now and have very little pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Eissler if you are considering back surgery
