  I never award a good rating unless it is truly earned.
  I generally go to this location about once per week, and I really have no complaints.
  The food quality is top notch, and the employees seem very friendly and capable.
  You can never go wrong with their “Original Italian” sub; a masterpiece in my opinion.

  I went in Monday and Cassandra and James both helped me tremendously with what the most popular sandwich’s were and what their favorites were before ordering a giant 42 and I was so impressed at their speed, communication and cooperation together! Great staff. Will definitely be back!

  Pros: Kept it classic and I’m glad I did. Got a regular turkey, mike’s way with pickles, mayo and jalapeños. The freshness of this sandwich blew me away (esp the shredded lettuce). I can taste that they use good quality ingredients like their meats, olive oil and vinegar. My sister had visited their Manhattan location before but I’ve never tried it. So glad I did. The smell inside when you walk in is heavenly. There were lots of staff working behind the counter and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Great experience and wonderful addition to the Shirley/mastic area. Will be back.
  
  Cons but not really: 1. Since there are so many of people working behind the counter, it could move a bit quicker. 2. There is no point in having a “mini” sandwich because since the regular is a couple cents more and quiet a difference in size.

  The grand opening was on Wednesday, I believe, but I went yesterday because I was working in the area. The food was great and delicious compared to their competitor Subway and everything was done in front of you compared to Subway's prepackaged and cut ingredients (they sliced the meat and etc in front of you). The price is kinda high though and I doubt I'll be returning due to it..also the service was as slow as it gets; 6 people were in line and we were moving at the pace of a snail. I also forgot to take pictures of the interior and food..mb.
  Overall rating is a 4/5 | 7/10.
