I just had a great experience with a woman in the zoning department. We are working in the redevelopment area of Journal Square and I had a zoning question. Not only was this woman very helpful, she was also very patient, taking her time making sure I found everything I needed online. Her patience and willingness to help was much appreciated. As we interact with town departments on a regular basis, we are thankful for her kindness.
