  Chris was amazing! He explained everything to me and walked me through every step of the way. He found discounts for me that I didn’t know existed. He even stayed late at no extra cost to help me to call American Water.

  While replacing my bathroom faucet after noticing a leak , realized I had an old corroded pipe from the valve shut off. Called Jersey Boys talked to someone at 5pm. Had a text at 7:30 am that a technician was on the way. Had a call from the plumber coming out asked about the issue and stated how far away and offered to pick up coffee if needed. Arrived in 15 minutes diagnosed the problem and showed the estimated cost. Jarrett was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Service was efficient and done in a timely manner! And finished the little extras in the job !

  We found ourselves in a pickle after a self-repair attempt and although they weren’t able to make it the same day after all (a Saturday) they did make it the next day and everything has been fixed very much to our liking. The serviceman, Ken, was fantastic and very flexible. The customer service is unparalleled. Thank you Jersey Boys.

  We just moved into a new home. on day 2, we did a load of laundry and noticed the toilet and sink downstairs started over flowing. My wife called and Jersey Boys around 11am and they told us they could have someone out between 12pm-4pm. Ken from Jersey boys arrived around 3:30pm. He took a look at the issue and quickly found the drain was clogged. He was able to quickly clear the tree roots causing the clog between the street and the house. He was very professional and courteous. We had a great experience using them.

  Cameron did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous. He called to let me know he was on his way (and even offered to pick me up a coffee). Once he arrived he assessed the situation and showed me three different scenarios, explained what he thought was the problem and let me know what each of the scenarios cost would be. He worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done within an hour. I highly recommend Jersey boys plumbing and Cameron!
