  Ok. Jim is amazing!!! He is a natural when it comes to fixing stuff. He even fixed the foot of my washing machine because I had a brick under it balancing it out. He was not asked to, but he just goes the extra mile on everything. He cleaned up after himself and my laundry room smells better than before my sink backed up. Very trustworthy and a great person. Thanks Jim!

  This afternoon around 5:00 PM my boyfriend and I found out that our main sewer line had backed up. Our first floor shower and basement sink had filled with water. We started calling companies right away. Jim called us back in a timely manner and told us he could be there in 20 minutes. He worked through the rain and dark until 10 PM to make sure the situation was resolved for us. Could not recommend more. We will definitely be keeping Jims number in our contacts if we ever run into a situation like this or need any other services in the future. Thank you Jim!

  I can’t say enough good things about Jim and the services he provided. I’m a single mother and my sewer line backed up at 6pm and I had no idea what to do. Jim arrived promptly and was extremely professional throughout our encounter. He talked me through each step of what he was doing and explained in detail how to avoid these problems in the future. He was kind, respectful and didn’t complain once as he fixed my line in the pouring rain. I highly recommend this respectful, young professional to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust!
