  For the sessions: Helpful in communication with my husband as we love each other very much but have different communication styles.
  I tend to overthink, so having her help with my mental boundaries has made my life better.
  I really appreciate Jennifer’s approach. I was looking for a therapist with more structure so that I would have a solid focus and grounded tools and she is able to tailor our sessions for that.
  She is very down to earth but also empathizes, and I really appreciate that straightforwardness in a therapist.
  
  For the space: Plenty of parking, parking lot is well-lit at night, you do have to wait to be let in to the building but Jennifer is always prompt (within 2 minutes of appointment start time) at responding to my text once I’m there, office is neat but be aware if you have dog allergies as she has (an awesome) Jack Russel, and her office is always nice and warm. I’m just realizing I have no idea what the bathrooms are like as I’ve never used them, but I know they exist so that’s something to look forward to.

  My husband and I found a gem when we found Jennifer. One of the more honesty open people. She helped us with our relationship as well and gave us tools to continue positive navigation through any situation that could arise. I highly recommend Jennifer Murphy as your therapist and want to publicly thank her for her help!

  Jennifer is an amazing therapist. I needed a new perspective on something I was going through, especially from someone who didn't know me or anyone involved. Through my time with Jennifer, I have been able to look at my experiences differently and understand that I am stronger because of what I have gone through and how I have handled it. I have also learned how to understand why I feel the way I feel and that the emotions I feel are valid. I can always count on her to remind me that I am young and have time to grow and change in a healthy way. Jennifer is kind, gentle, and has been extremely helpful for me through the years. She is wonderful!

  My husband and I had a very positive experience with Jennifer. I believe what made these sessions unique and effective were the tools and strategies she applied to our situation. She would listen to the issue at hand, and recommend exercises or reading material to work through together. She helped us see things from different perspectives and assisted us through positive approaches. Jennifer has a very professional set up and a flexible calendar which really helped with our schedule. She is open, supportive, and I would highly recommend her services.

  Jennifer is warm, welcoming, and empathetic. She helped me take responsibility for what is going on in my own life. Jennifer taught me different coping strategies, and gave me articles/books/chapters to read up on in relation to what we talked about. I really enjoyed being able to reflect back with Jennifer about how I was able to take control of situations that I did not think I ever could have before. I still remember those strategies and am always working to better myself. Thank you, Jennifer!
