  The man I spoke to in there was not only helpful but knowledgeable as well. He was attentive, and helped me tremendously! The only reason 4 stars is because the mom, Kerri (not sure if proper spelling) was very off-putting. Her tone, demeanor, and overall "vibe" was not welcoming nor did it make me want to handle any business with her. I think it's a cute place but only work with the right people in there!

  This is my ONLY spot for diamonds and jewelry! Jems Jewels and Gold is a family run business that provides a level of service and commitment that goes above and beyond. I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry here (gold and diamonds) that all have a unique style, with some even being 100% customized. They educate their clients over style and quality and ensure you’re getting the best option for your needs. They are extremely welcoming, and you will never be pressured to buy something, so don’t be afraid to go window shopping as well! When in the store, you will feel like a true valued customer and the relationship won’t end after a transaction! I receive compliments routinely on my jewelry from there because it’s SOO exquisite! Look no further for engagement rings, wedding bands and other fine jewelry!

  My fiancée got my engagement ring made from Jems Jewels and Gold and we both LOVE it. Not only is it beautiful, but from what I heard everybody at the shop was more than helpful and even excited to teach my fiancée about the ring making process, diamonds, and even took the time to meet with him multiple times to make sure everything he wanted was incorporated into the ring. He said they made what he thought would be a stressful process fun!

  What an amazing experience! When getting engaged I was broke and after nearly 15 years, the diamond was no longer appropriate for my wife to wear so we brought it to Jems Jewels and Gold because of their reputation for custom work and we were not disappointed. The old engagement diamond along with an emerald we picked up on our travels now sit together on a ring that looks like it was made to fit the wedding band…. Because it was. It brings her rings together on a perfect focal point. Their creativity, attention to detail and friendly, low stress attitudes make it a pleasure to buy here. It literally brought tears of joy to my wife, more than once. I’m already saving up for my next purchase.

  My Husband & I Were New To The Area & Referred By My Employer To Try Here & Once We Did They We're Amazing ! We Were Coming Here To Get Our Rings Cleaned Regularly . We Were Looking For A Jewelry Store That Would Custom Make My Band & Found That Scott Was Able To Do So & When I Arrived To Pickup My Item I Was Stunned . It Was Beautiful , Great Quality , Great Price & Fit Perfectly With My Ring . Definitely Would Recommend Them To Anyone ! 😊
