(August 28, 2023, 5:54 pm)Top notch customer service. I was in a serious pinch with all of my drain inspection cameras in need of repair at once. The tech let me come in and fixed one on on spot for me. They now have all of my other cameras, and are working on getting them back up and running.
If you have a Rigid Drain camera in need of repair….this is your go to place.
They also took care of sending my Milwaukee camera out for repair for me.

(March 28, 2017, 6:13 pm)What an excellent company to deal with. The guys that work here are top notch and incredibly friendly! I had them check my Ridgid Propress for functionality since they are a Verified Ridgid Service Center and they made the whole process a breeze. Also, there fee was so reasonable. Not only did they check my tool quickly and accurately but they even PICKED IT UP from me and when it was finished DROPPED IT BACK OFF to me free of charge and I am in Delaware!!! This company is excellent in every regard! Thank you Scott and Jim for everything! I hope to do business with you again! If you are not using this company you are missing out!!
