(February 10, 2020, 11:22 pm)Jeff is bar none one of the best CBT therapists in the NJ/NY metro area. Many therapists claim to do cognitive behavioral therapy but they vary greatly in their level and quality of education/training, expertise and experience.
Jeff was trained at the Beck Institute which was founded by Aaron T. Beck, who Is a credited with developing CBT. That’s how I initially found Jeff by searching on the Beck website.
Jeff is a kind and compassionate therapist. He is results oriented, a true professional and I can not recommend him more highly. If you are looking for help. Don’t hesitate, call him now. -
