They came out at short notice and resolved all the issues with no hassle. They are hard working & very reliable with great workmanship. CertainTeed Certaplank siding / Cedar Impressions & board & baton products used. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

(June 19, 2023, 11:30 am)We hired Jara Construction to reside our home in Chester Springs, PA. The work included removing all of the original cedar siding and stucco and replacing with Hardie Board, as well as recapping the windows and replacing gutters. We solicited quotes from multiple vendors. Jara came highly recommended from a top local realtor, and their pricing was the most reasonable (in some cases a full $20K less than other quotes). Everything about the experience was positive. Miguel was very responsive and proactive with communication, as were his crew members. Text exchanges were easiest/fastest. All of the workers were professional and friendly. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. The job took about 3 weeks for a roughly 5K sq ft home, which was faster than we originally anticipated based on similar construction on neighboring homes. The end result is gorgeous and we could not be happier! Will definitely use again for future projects.

We hired them for a large exterior project that included stucco removal, new Hardie Board siding and stone front, new windows and doors, new roof, shutters, lights, gutters and soffits. We were so happy with the quality of the project that we ended up adding a new flagstone front walkway and porch. The results of the project were even more amazing than we could’ve imagined. The team of guys were super polite and hardworking, they paid attention to every detail and they cleaned up completely every night. Miguel was very responsive to every question and ensured that the project progressed smoothly and on-time. Highly recommend Jara Construction for any project!

We contacted several companies for the repair work. We selected Jara Construction for the job. Miguel Jara, the owner, came personally to review the work and was straightforward in his assessment. He provided a cost estimate (which was fairly priced) and a timeline (which he held to). His crew was wonderful to deal with. They were very professional and thorough. They completed the job on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the completed project and would use Jara again in a heartbeat.

(December 9, 2022, 10:21 am)Miguel Jara was beyond fabulous to work with. I have very high expectations, and very few people meet them! Miguel went above and beyond throughout the entire process start to finish. He was honest and upfront. He replaced the stucco on our entire home with beautiful stone and siding. All of his men were kind and professional, and took great pride in their work. It is super important to be able to trust someone working on your home, trust and honesty are the most important factors, but the incredible workmanship and years of experience are very evident in the quality of work they do. I am constantly getting compliments on the new exterior of our home. Miguel talked himself out of a job by being honest about my roof not needing any repairs, even after two other roofing companies had told me otherwise. I would pay whatever he charges to be able to trust the work on your home, but Miguel is very fair in his pricing. Not the cheapest you will find, but worth every penny. He receives my unequivocal recommendation!
