    If you are looking to become the best you this place has it all! Massage, Reiki, meditation and all of the tools you need to go along with it. So many crystals and stones. Jewelry and incense. Just everything in a beautiful setting. The people who work there are super friendly. Being there makes me feel good!

    I Have attended the yoga classes and Reiki which were excellent. The small shop offers a variety of crystals, jewelry, clothing, essential oils, and many other objects. They have other gatherings like meditation, crystal singing bowls, and drum circles. You can also book a massage. I love this place!

    River Maven is an oasis nestled on the edge of the Catskills, the natural surroundings are beautiful!! The yoga studio is a gorgeous, relaxing environment. Classes there are well taught, easy to follow and not intimidating.
    I highly recommend the Airbnb part of River Maven also. The hosts are genuine and very responsive to any requests!
    I have thoroughly enjoyed all my experiences at this wonderful place!

    Everyone here is amazing! Nelly is a wonderful counselor and I highly recommend her. The shop has really neat and unique items for very reasonable prices. The overall feel of the center is inviting, non-judgemental, and really feels like a second home the moment you step inside. Also, it always smells super good! This center has absolutely changed my life for the better and I feel like everyone should try what they have to offer!

    Great space for any classes you might attend. The love and passion that the practitioners put into the practice make the experience that much better.
    Class/Meditation offerings are super and the hand crafted and vintage items in their shop are superb! Not what you would expect out in rural Windsor but worth the trip!
