I recently seen Janell Clark. Lord knows, I was a nervous wreck! As soon as she entered the room and spoke I felt a sign of relief. Her personality as well as a presence was amazing. (Every provider do not have this). I can not say enough great things about her. For the first time I didn't feel as though I was wasting my time or being rushed. (as I sometimes feel seeing other Penn providers). She took her time with me and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. Before I left she made sure I was comfortable and understood. I can go on and on! She provided Immaculate service. I really can not give her enough accolades. It also stood out to me that she reviewed my chart before I arrived. Being with Penn I realize many providers do not do this!!! This is more than a job to her she really care for her patients! Thank you so much!!! You are AWESOME!
