  What a relief! Completely different feeling then what I was expecting since I have done hypnotherapy in the past. Jaime was able to bring me to my core and find out why I had my phobia and where it came from! She’s great and what she does and such a positive energy from beginning to end. Highly recommend

  Hypnotherapy was never something I thought I would consider and honestly, I truly didn't know what results I could expect. But I got to a point in my life where I was utterly fed up with my bad habits; I was upset with myself for repeating the same patterns that fed directly into my frustrations and I was disappointed in myself for allowing my bad habits to negatively affect almost every aspect of my life and personal relationships. I was desperate for change and I wanted nothing more than for hypnotherapy to work for me. Yes, maybe self-fulfillment plays a role but with this type of therapy, but I believe that's the point:  you must want it to work, you must want more than anything to put all your effort into allowing it to work for you. I viewed hypnotherapy as the silver bullet that would not only put an end to my bad habits but would get to the root of my problems.  After my first session with Jamie Lynn, I felt hopeful and optimistic. I also felt a huge mental shift had occurred. I was excited and ecstatic and I couldn't wait for Monday morning, the beginning of my work week, to begin because the work environment is where I would see positive change occur. Not only did I see change, I felt it. And since that day, I have been living the change I needed in my life.  It has been 6 weeks now since my first session with Jamie Lynn and I am practicing the daily affirmations as she instructed. On days when I have doubts about my ability to persevere, I focus on the person I was before and the person I want to be.  Because of hypnotherapy, the person I want to be is the person I am, living the life I deserve for myself and my family. I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Jamie Lynn, especially if you have hit rock bottom and know you want change and will do whatever is necessary to unhitch the bad habits you have been carrying with you for far too long.

  Thanks to Jamie’s hypnotherapy I’ve been able to sleep better these past few weeks than ever in the last 5 years! Her hypnotherapy worked wonders. I didn’t even get to the last of the message until my 4th day (a stressful day), because I had fallen asleep before the end. Since using the recording for a few weeks, I don’t even need it anymore. I just roll my eyes back and do a couple steps and I’m out! Thank you !! 🙏🏻💕

  I've had a lot of therapy over the years, and no one has revealed the real root of my trauma until I met with Jamie Lynn. Her hypnotherapy is profound and deep – and it gets to the underlying reason WHY you feel the way you do. Understanding leads to healing!   What an amazing experience! Jamie has helped me with my weight in one session! Her approach is gentle but powerful. I continue to listen to my personal recording daily and will reach out to her in the future to help me resolve some other areas in my life that need a little fine tuning. I highly recommend!
