  Jamie Epstein is a phenomenal attorney. He worked extremely hard and went above above and beyond so that my son could receive the proper Fape that the Lawnside school district failed to provide him with. Mr. Epstein took his time and made sure that I understood the whole court process. He even opened my eye's in area's that I had no knowledge of regarding special education and my son's IEP. MR. Epstein teamed up with experts to evaluate my child so they can analyze exactly where he needs to be academically. After fighting for two years, my son is finally on the road to get the proper education. Thanks Jamie

  My exsperances with Mr. Epstein was Exceptionally outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about special education law. I went in his office and was expecting to only deal with the current district where my child was attending school.
  After reviewing my records Mr. Epstein showed me how the last 3 districts that educated my child were in complete violation. We hired Mr. Epstein and have not regretted it. He pursued all 3 cases in the mist of a global pandemic and won every single one!!

  Jamie just finished my child's case. From our first discussion to our last, I found Jamie showed me why he is an expert in education law. All Jamie asked from me is to get him my son's records and information about my son's education and Jamie did the rest. Jamie got the school to give me the most important services I had been asking the school for years. Jamie got my son's school to pay almost all of his fees and I got back almost all of my small retainer. This was all well worth it. I also learned alot about how to stand up for my son's rights in the future. My son's school would not listen to me for years - now they do!

  I couldn’t have been more happy with Mr. Epstein’s knowledge of special education rights. He’s very dedicated to his clients, which made a world of a difference for me and my son. I’ve heard nightmare stories from other parents who had hired a lawyer and felt like they dealt more with their lawyers secretary than their actual lawyer. Mr. Epstein is different. He kept me informed and made sure I understood every process and direction we took. Being a single mom, I didn’t think I would be able to afford a lawyer. He made sure the cost was reasonable which truly was a blessing. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice in my choosing of legal representation for my sons special education rights. He deserves 5 stars!!!!

  In my role as an expert and consultant in disabilities, I've had numerous opportunities to work with Jamie Epstein. It's clear to me that he's exceptionally knowledgeable about disability law and that his decisions justifiably reflect the interests of the child's right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). Whenever we've disagreed, which is inevitable in the 30+ years we've known each other, we've always resolved the issues in ways that served the child's FAPE rights. Thus my 5 star rating for an attorney dedicated to the rights and needs of people with disabilities.
