(March 25, 2023, 7:32 pm)This place has a professional and friendly feel to it the moment you enter, a first impression consistent with my subsequent experiences with my examination with Dr. Abel and with Steve Bloom's experienced help in selecting eyeglass frames and in fitting and adjusting my purchased eyeglasses. I loved the comfortable dialogue with both staff members that assured me that they were listening and absorbing my needs. The final eyeglasses felt so "right" both in the prescription and in the fit the moment I put them on. I've had past problems with refraction accuracy and with shoddy workmanship. James Tracey Eye Care was a wonderful find.

My initial contact with the front desk was professional and courteous and scheduling was accommodating to my busy schedule.
The facility is modern with state of the art equipment as well as an excellent assortment of frames.
The doctor was professional, has an excellent bedside manner and took the time to answer all my questions.
Beginning with the through and comprehensive eye exam to the well experienced Steve Bloom for guidance through the process. Ultimately, choosing the perfect frame with the myriad of lens options to suit my needs.
I highly recommend James Tracey without reservation, for your eye care needs!! -

(January 25, 2023, 12:21 pm)100% recommend. Always great. From the doctors to the people behind the desk, they all make me feel comfortable and well taken care off. Shane, the sales rep who helped me pick out frames, was excellent and landed me on a pair that I am very excited to get a hold of.
