The staff was so helpful and courteous during my recent, unexpected flat tire. The service was quick and precise and I was back on the road within a half hour. Julie and her team went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for their kindness.
My sensor light for my tires was on and I stopped by to get it checked. They took the car in quickly and determined it a damaged valve. It was quickly repaired at no charge. I will be back when I buy new tires!
This place legit saved our lives, the gentlemen who work here all deserve high praise. Here's the story: I live in Massachusetts and was coming back from a vacation in Virginia in our motorhome the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend this year. It is 4:30 in the afternoon and at a stop at Tom's Creek in the Delaware Gap I notice a bulge in one of our tires. A Google search shows every single article saying the same thing: DO NOT DRIVE ON A TIRE WITH A BULGE! Our spare was suspect, it may work in under 50 miles but we still have that and more to go. Bear in mind, as I said this is Sunday at 4:30PM of Memorial Day weekend. We thought nothing would be open at that point, never mind the next day (Memorial Day). With no choice we have to drive on and pray. And then like an oasis there is Jack Williams Tire. As we drive by I notice a couple employees hanging out outside the garage doors which were open! Sure enough they had a sign that said, "Now open Sundays until 5PM"!! Without hesitation we pulled in and the employees there, from the laborers to the weekend manager took care of us! They could not lift our RV given the weight, but we have a jack for that purpose and did it ourselves. They had our tire size in stock and swapped it out on the rim. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and if I am ever in the area again and have the need, I would absolutely go here again. Kudos to the employees and the weekend manager. I cannot thank them enough. When I say they literally saved our lives I mean it - we could have had a blow out on Rte 84 at 75MPH.
Very professional, polite and courteous. Called to get a quote on a new tire because I had a flat. I brought it in right before closing, they took care of it first thing in the morning. I got a call before 8:30 am. Tire had a nail they found it and repaired tire. Saving me a bundle by not having to buy a new tire. Thank you so much for your help and getting it done so quickly!
We had a great experience here. We had a flat tire that needed to be fixed asap. We called around, ultimately this place not only came in at the best price but was able to service us today. We’re so grateful for small shops. Everyone was helpful, polite and made you feel welcome. Service should not only be about the product your buying, but also the knowledge being provided. Safety is important to me as we hull around this country with my most precious positions, kids and dogs. I was happy to feel it was to them as well. They walked us through what we needed, and didn’t. I was happy to have results when I needed them. Thanks guys! Blessings Beyond from the Big Bus team!
